How to delete
- In the Abel iPhone or Android app: open More → Help & Support → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
- On the web: sign in, open Settings → Account, choose Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your sign-in, your profile, and every business you own, together with its services, clients, bookings, and settings.
Some records live with the services we use to run Abel, such as payment records with Stripe and call and message records with our phone provider. Those are kept or removed under those providers' own retention rules and the law, for example tax and accounting obligations. Email us if you want them removed too.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first: in Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone for a subscription bought in the iPhone app, or in Billing on abelhq.com for one bought on the web.
Can't sign in?
Email contact@abelhq.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email once it is done.
